On February 1, 2007, Jason Flakes was arrested and charged with following offenses:Burglary 2nd- $500,000 bond
Stalking- $500,000 bond
Theft of Property 1st- $20,000 bond
Robbery Suspect Arrested
January 25, 2007Homewood Police, along with the Vestavia Hills Police, arrested the following person in connection with the robbery of BP Station: Jonathan Risser,32, of Moody, AL. The robbery occurred on January 23, 2007.
Risser is being held on $250,000 bond, and is also a suspect in robberies in other jurisdictions. Further charges are expected.
