If the violation does not appear on this list you MUST appear in court.
Any person charged with IMPROPER EQUIPMENT may have the equipment repaired and inspected by a Homewood Police Officer. The police officer should sign and date the back of the citation and YOU must return the citation to the Municipal Court Clerk within 72 hours of receiving the citation and the charge will be dismissed. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO IMPROPER OR EXPIRED TAG TICKETS.
